I have had a number of calls to open up to questions in respect of Spanish Property and to try to get other’s experiences and facts. One question I have been asked is what is the position regarding ‘Freehold’ in Spain as there has been press coverage of hoe developers have been able to pinch peoples land. Can anyone expand?
